Ok, necesito este termino. Quiero asegurarme de que estoy correcta.

Saludos Marla, aún me siento confundida sobre la naturaleza del titulo del que estamos hablando
 si se trata de la titularidad sobre una poliza de seguros (que confiere los derechos a una titular o beneficiaria) podrías traducir la frase como "asesoría en materia de títulos de seguro". Hope it helps Saludos  PD: No te desanimes .. encontraremos la respuesta !!!!

hola marla...estoy algo confundida con esto pero sacando totalmente a tittle advisory de cualquier comentario anterior o contexto mencionado en tus threads anteriores, lo traduciría como asesoría para calificación de títulos... o sea asesorar a alguien para que pueda emitir un título determinado...
creo que debes ofrecer más información para que podamos ayudarte.

Title Advisory is a subsection term in a real estate contract. In reference to: The title document affects the title, ownership and use of the property and should be reviewed carefully.

Hola Marla !! Que bueno que se aclaró que hablabamos de título de propiedad. Era uno de mis enigmas ...
Tu opción me parace muy buena; no obstante yo no traduciría advisory como asesor (advisor) sino como asesoría. Saludos
