traduje "juez penal" como "criminal Judge" Creen que está bien?

Luego traduje " juez nacional subrogante EN LO PENAL ECONOMICO" como

"criminal and economic subrogate national judge" Hay otra forma de expresar EN LO PENAL Y ECONOMICO?

Codigo aduanero por "customs code"

Criminal Judge es el término que se utiliza, en cuanto al resto de tu pregunta, otra opción para traducir tu frase sería:
Subrogate National Judge for Criminal Proceedings in Financial Matters, también se me ocurre:
Subrogate National Criminal and Financial Judge.

De todas maneras, es bueno esperar por otras opiniones.
