Default all time high...bonanza dripping down

Hola!
como traducen ustedes "all time high" y "bonanza dripping down" en este contexto?
The country´s oil revenues are at an all time high, but this bonanza is not dripping down to the general public

Gracias!!!

revenue: ingresos

Default All time high

precio máximo histórico = all time high

HOla, Carita. Mi sugerencias:
"all time high" = alcanzaron su pico histórico
