Unhappy Apoderado y ....?

Hola!

Cool Power of attorney

Power of Attorney (and enduring power of): An instrument in writing by which one person (the principal) appoints another (the agent) authorising the agent to do certain acts on the principal's behalf.

Saludos

Saludos,
Mara

Para ostentar la representación procesal de alguien (represent a person in court) y, consecuentemente, actuar en su nombre, (act in his name, place and stead) ante los tribunales, es preciso que el representante / apoderado / manadatario (attorney-in-fact / agent / mandatary) cuente con un documento legal (legal instrument) llamado poder (power of attorney / mandate), mediante el cual otra persona, llamada mandante / poderdante (donor / principal / mandator), otorga la autorización (power and authority) para representarle. Este poder, que es normalmente protocolizado (a document under seal), se otorga (is granted to / conferred upon/ acknowledged) ante escribano público y queda sin valor (is void) a la muerte del mandante o cuando éste lo revoca (the power is revoked).
