Spanish Survey Question

We typically have a translator to do this, but he is out for a few days.



That being said, I have “Please check YES for ALL that apply to your child.” I thought “Por favor marque Sí de TODOS los que apliquen a su hijo/a” might work. Look OK?


Also, I have “White Oak County School District Families” that needs to be translated into Spanish. Is “Familias de el Distrito de Escuela White Oak County” acceptable?



I just want to make sure this is right before sending the surveys.

What is exactly the name of the School? White Oak? because I am in doubt about that.
