A permission or licence to do something; if this is the case you would have something like:

The blessed pardon/permission/leave

On the other hand, it means a salute made by inclining your body or your head towards the person this salute is directed to:

The blessed bow/nod

By the way what song is that? What does it sing about?

I think you second option may be right .
the song is by the mexican singer Marco Antonio Solis
i'm a beginner in spanish so i cant tell you what the song is about
but its very livley and i get the impression that a man is bowing to a woman . am I on the right track?

Hello Marty!

On the last line of the song I read 'poderoso divino' which is related to The Lord, so I think the first option could be more suitable.
