English to Spanish Legal Translation Each Spanish market has its own legal system, and it can be rather complex to understand it. Other colleagues can help you compare source and target terminology and Spanish legal concepts.

Default Corporate cime

I thought of that, but is "corporate" at the same level as a "company"? Somehow a company seems smaller. But i shall invetigate this possibility. Thanks you both!

Hola Ceci:

Default Corporate crime

Just for the record, I agree:

corporate crime

"Corporate" in English would include "sociedad" and "compañía" (smaller business groups) in Spanish.

Default Delito Societario

Greetings and salutations!
"Delito Societario: ‘Company Fraud’ similar to ‘Corporate Crime’: In Spanish Law: (…) “These crimes are: falsifying annual accounts, imposing abusive agreements by the majority, denying or impeding that a partner exercises his rights [within a company]. (…)"
