Viene de la legislacion espa~nola en relacion a las compa~nias y sociedades limitadas (cuando un socio abusa los derechos de los otros) alguno tendra el equivalente en ingles por favor? Gracias crimen societario |

"Corporate crime" seems to be the best translation.
