Habiéndose verificado que mediante disposición nº... : having proved that pursuant to order nº...

Provéase en su oportunidad: May Your Honour grant what is herein requested, for in doing so, Justice shall be done.

Of course, you have the context, so you will know whether these translations are appropriate or not.

Me parece que: "provéase en su oportunidad" lo dicta el juez en los autos... y por no tener la seguridad prefiero esperar la respuesta de Susan...

"Provéase en su oportunidad" is the usual way attorneys finish a pleading.

The attorneys ask the judge something and they end the pleading by writing this expression.
