Exclamation pass-through investments

Hi everybody, could you possibly help me to translate this phrase into Spanish, please?

The total stock of foreign direct investment in Denmark increased by 79% from 1998 to 2003 (in DKK, exclusive pass-through investments, current prices) and corresponded to approximately 25% of GDP in 2003.

Thanks in advance!

(1) 2007 Investment Company Fact Book, p. 148.

"Status as a registered investment company allows the fund to be treated as a PASS-THROUGH investment vehicle for tax purposes. In other words, the fund’s income flows through to shareholders without being taxed at the fund level. (See Tax Features of Funds on page 152 for more information.)"
