I altered the order of the phrases, to make it easier to understand, though I am not sure if it is too spanglish.. what do you think??

If expired the 24 months-term stated for the payment of the total amount of the sum charged, the debtor has not cancelled the debt, the debtor indicates from now that the Attorney Mr Pereyra shall give the Statutory Representer of the Company named INOVA MELITY., in payment for the total of the amount charged, interest rates, and eventual expenses, the total of the shares deposited in its power. –

Para el caso que vencido el plazo de 24 meses conferido para el pago de la suma total adeudada, el DEUDOR no hubiera cancelado la misma, El DEUDOR instruye desde ya al Escribano Pereyra a entregar a la sociedad “INOVA MELITY .” en la persona de su representante estatutario, en pago de la totalidad de la deuda, intereses y eventuales gastos, la totalidad de las acciones que se encuentran depositadas en su poder.-
