This need is confirmed through the empirical demonstration (is there a better noun like proof)of the compliance with the Law 12.988, which called a halt to the continuous outflow of currencies
La hipótesis del trabajo es demostrar la absoluta necesidad que tenía el Estado Nacional y el mercado privado de seguros, de contar con un organismo como el IMAR. Dicha necesidad se ve confirmada mediante la demostración empírica del cumplimiento de la Ley 12.988, lo cual significó el fin del continuo drenaje de divisas
