Default La Actuaria de su despacho

Buenos días. Mi pregunta es la siguiente:

Tengo un testimonio redactado en Bolivia, para traducir al inglés, que dice así:

TESTIMONIO
SEÑOR JUEZ INSTRUCTOR DE TURNO EN LO CIVIL ---Traducción de documento---- OTROSÍ: Domicilio. ---- ***, boliviano, soltero, etc. etc. En la vía voluntaria solicito a Usted se sirva disponer la traducción judicial del documento que acompaño [...] A tal efecto designo como perito de parte a [...] Asimismo, solicito que el juzgado a su cargo designe el correspondiente perito de oficio.---- OTROSÍ: Domicilio: La Actuaria de su despacho ------ Justicia, etc. ----- La Paz, primero de noviembre...

Mi problema es con “la Actuaria de su despacho”. ¿Por qué está luego de “Domicilio”? Entiendo que la actuaria es una “court clerk”, pero ¿podría alguien sugerir una traducción de esta frase?

Default Actuaria

In Argentina "la Actuaria del Juzgado / el Actuario del Juzgado" is "la Secretaria del Juzgado / el Secretario del Juzgado."

She/he is a court clerk, of course, but she/he has the highest rank after the judge.
