Default "Million o Millions"

Hola a todos,

Tengo alguna duda sobre la forma en que debe usarse el plural y el singular en algunas frases, ¿que sería mas correcto decir, "million dollar project" o "million dollars project", en español sería "el proyecto del millon de dolares".
Si en vez de "dolllars" fuera por ejemplo "hours" o "bottles", o cualquier otra (siempre seguido de la palabra "project"), ¿siempre sería igual?.

Espero haber explicado bien mi duda, un saludo y gracias de antemano.

"Million dollar project" es corecto. Yo se la forma plural debe estar mas corecto pero este forma se ha vuelto la forma aceptado.

Corresponde "a millon dollar project" porque en ese caso funciona como adjetivo y los adjetivos no se pluralizan en inglés. Te doy otro ejemplo que quizás te ayude a verlo más claro:
You say: it's a two-minute walk but (adjetive)
you have to walk for two minutes (noun)

Siguiendo tu ejemplo: a ten-hour project es lo correcto
