Translation from an old play by Lope De Vega

Hi, all.
I need to translate an excerpt from a play by Lope de Vega into Italian, but at a quick search I did not find an Italian site which seems enough qualified, while I met this one, and an English translation does good as well.

The excerpt is from El leal criado, 1594

Si en otra parte buscays, // perfumes, o aguas de olor,
de aquesta ciudad, señor, // oy en lo mejor citays.
Que no ay en todo Paris, // ni en toda España, ni Italia,
tan bello almizcle, y algalia, // ambar negro, y ambar gris.
Ay Menjui de la China, // y pastillas de Lisboa
cuya mistura se loa, // por la mas preciosa, y fina,
Xabones Napolitanos, // no de alexo, piamontes,
tengo tales que en un mes, // hazen regalada manos.
Unguentos, agaas, azeytes, // mantecas, mudas blanduras,
quintas essencias, seguras, // resplandor, cevos, y aseytes.
Si tenes esposa, o dama, // llevalde un milagro desios.

I do not know Spanish, and, moreover, that could be a bit arcaic language. I tried to extract some meanings, and I left in square brackets the words or sentences I was not able to make a sense out.

If you search, Sir, in an other part of this city, perfumes, or scented waters, now you meet the best. That there is not in all Paris, not in the whole Spain, or Italy, a musk so good, or zibet, or black amber, or gray amber.
There are Menjui from China, and tablets from Lisboa, whose mix is praised as the most valuable, and fine. Neapolitan soaps, not of Alexo Piamontes, I have that in one month they make wonderful hands.
Ointments, waters (agaas=aguas), oils, butters, [mudas blanduras] (softeners?), unfailing quintessences, brightness (?), [cevos] and oils (it seems repeated: I assume that aseyte and azeyte are the same for aceite).
If you have a wife, or a woman, take her a wonderful wish.

Besides, I would like to be assured that no de alexo, piamontes, means a contraposition to the preceding Xabones Napolitanos, in the sense that the latter is a good product whilst the former is not.
