    Appear : xxxxx
    Must Be : xxxxx

    Saludos,

Ustedes tienen razón. No hay ningún problema. Es posible decir:

Where *** appears, *** should be substituted

    Existing: xxxxx
    Should be: xxxxx

The politician will issue a statement on finances.
The newspaper printed a special issue.
Forms are issued on an as-needed basis.
The mint had an issue of a new banknote today.

But mass-produced items or laws or rules are "issued". A painting is not issued, it is "shown" or "unveiled". Van Heusen issued a new line of womens' wear today.

Y quiere decir “asunto de importancia” también:
    Finances are currently an issue.

I think fabian means the verb, not the noun.

Of course. Are you saying I should stick to the issue at hand? (En broma. No me pude resistir).
