English to Spanish Legal Translation Each Spanish market has its own legal system, and it can be rather complex to understand it. Other colleagues can help you compare source and target terminology and Spanish legal concepts.

Default brought

If no experienced transnational litigators are interested in a particular case, that may be a sign that the case is too weak or too risky, and should not be brought.

presentar".

saludos

Mario

Estoy de acuerdo con Mario, to bring an action is the same as to file an action, i.e., presentar, iniciar juicio.
Saludos!

My two cents: and should not be brought= y no debe ser entablado.
