    Default Coal Technology Translation

Could someone help me to understand exactly what I am reading. I have a basic knowledge of what is being said in this email. I just don't want to miss the spirit of the email. This is the email I received:

YA ME REUNI CON LOS GRANDES PRODUCTORES DE CARBON...ME DICEN QUE SI ES FACTIBLE REUNIR LAS 300 MIL TONELADAS DE CARBON MENSUAL, PERO ME DICEN QUE TE DIGA LA CALIDAD DE CARBON EXISTENTE EN ESTA REGIÓN, QUE ES LA SIGUIENTE:

    5,800 kk
    6 % Humedad
    1 y 2% azufre
    30 y 34% de ceniza

AHORA BIEN, LA UNION DE MEDIANOS Y PEQUEÑOS PRODUCTORES DE CARBON DICEN QUE TE PROPONGA LO SIGUIENTE, PARA QUE LO COMENTES CON LOS INVERSIONISTAS DE USA:

1.- VENTA DE LOTES CON RESERVAS DE CARBÓN. SE CONFIRMAN CON EXPLORACIÓN. CON ESTO SERÍAN LOS PROPIETARIOS DE TODO EL CARBÓN EXISTENTE.
2.- COMPRA DE CARBÓN A PEQUEÑOS Y MEDIANOS PRODUCTORES CON MEJOR PRECIO L.A.B. PATIO DE PRODUCCIÓN.
3.- EXPLOTACIÓN EN SOCIEDAD CON PEQUEÑOS Y MEDIANOS PRODUCTORES, INVIRTIENDO EN RENTA DE EQUIPO Y CAPITAL DE OPERACIÓN.
COMO PUEDES APRECIAR SON 4 (CUATRO) LAS OPCIONES, UNA DE LOS GRANDES PRODUCTORES Y OTRA DE LOS PEQUEÑOS Y MEDIANOS.
    USTEDES DECIDEN...

    Thank you for your help!

Looks a lot like a commercial letter, this type of translation should be paid for.

    Good luck with it!

Realmente, el destino del mundo depende, en primer lugar, de los estadistas y, en segundo lugar, de los intérpretes.

The heat capacity of the coal is: 5,800 Kilocalories/kilogram (lower rank, possibly Grade C coal)

The coal has a water vapour content of 6%

Sulphur content is 1 or 2% (good for metallurgy)

Ash content is 30 or 40% (higher ash contents mean poorer quality coal)

The Union of Small and Medium Coal Producers are proposing, and you pass on their proposal to the American investors, the following alternatives; (1) The Americans become the principal owners if they agree to buy all parcels that have coal reserves in them, or (2) They can choose to buy from the Union at the best L.A.B. rate at the point of sale ("L.A.B." means “Libre a Bordo,” the American investors pay for all transportation costs), or (3) They can choose to start a joint exploitation venture with the Union with the Americans funding all operating costs including machinery upgrades.
