I really need help here.
Y para constancia suscriben dos ejemplares del presente contrato.- is there a "formal" or "typical" way to end a contract?? do I translate this literally? |

Existen diversas fórmulas Ceci. Por ej:
In Witness Whereof, the parties hereundo have set their hands and seals the_________ day of__________ in the year _____________________. or This agreement is executed in two originals with the same legal effect in the city of __________, on the 00th day of the month of XXXX of the year _____________ Hope it helps!

Can it be a mixture of the two? o es un invento?
