No puedo salir de esta frase... es un poder para un abogado para elegir un representante legal en otro pa�s:

"...., ratificando con lo aqu� manifestado lo ya decidido con anterioridad por XXXXXX en tal sentido."

Me suena taaaaan rebuscada. Any ideas?

What about "..., ratifying with the previously decided upon contents herein by XXXXXX."

Microsft recently came out with an Online Spanish Translator that is very accurate for transaltions, and, in fact, was designed to translate full documents. You can check it out here. Hope this helps!!!

Tal vez esto sea de ayuda. Yo lo traduciria algo asi:

...thus ratifying the said decision by *** as explained above.

Lo pueden arreglar si quieren. Pero tal vez les ayude.
