I have a friend in Mexico that I correspond with in Spanish. As bad as my spanish is, it's still better than her english. This is what she wrote me and it seems very fragmented if I do a literal translation, and I don't think she's calling me strange (or maybe she is....)
Please help. hola guapa espero que estes bien te extraño |

extrañarse = to miss someone or something
But you're right, as an adjective (extraño) it can mean strange. |
