Default Vacuuming = vacuuming?

Having a little trouble with vacuuming - no, not doing it (mine works great! ) just translating it. The specific phrase I am looking for is for a title to a ppt. presentation slide rendered in English as "Vacuuming in laboratories". Any suggestions?

What do you think of "La aspiradora en el laboratorio"?
I think something more literal would be confusing in Spanish.

See you around!

Vaccum se refiere al vacío.
En este caso se referiría a crear condiciones de vacío en un laboratorio.
Espero te sirva

Default Thanks

Thanks - I think I have settled on "Uso de la aspiradora en los laboratorios" though I would prefer "utilización" but I need to conserve space.

Any ideas on "vacuum backpack"? I thought about "aspiradora cargable" but I am not sure is this would be confused with "chargeable" so another option might be "aspiradora portatil", though that doesn't sound right either - might be confused with a small hand-held. I really need to go talk to the actual employees that are receivng the training to see what they actually use but I don't have enough time before the deadline. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Default aspiradora portable

aspiradora portable o de mochila. we use that word a lot here for the equipment used to spray the houses with anti-mosquito fumes and it's a huge thing the people carry on their backs...

Default I agree with Sandra

´de mochila´, because those equipments are big. ´portátil´ may suggest something small...

Default Sharps?

Sorry - this is an instruction training for the custodial services of a University to clean up various chemical labs on campus. So the phrase "empty glass chemical bottles" refers to bottles of chemicals that are now empty and need to be disposed of. I have tentatively put "botellas de cristal vacías de químicos" - do you think that works?

Also - is there a specific term for "sharps" as in used sharp objects like syringes, needles, razor blades, etc.? For now I am going with "artículos agudos". The original translation used "sostenidos" - like musical sharps, but I am not sure that works here. Any help again will be greatly appreciated.

Sharp object would be objetos puntiagudos or objetos afilados o punza-cortantes

ALso I would change the the word order. "Botellas de químicos vacías"

Hope it helps
