Default Need assistance with converting "Home for Sale" information into Spanish

Would anyone know the correct way to write the following information in Spanish? I would like to post a sign in the local Hispanic markets in my area. Any assistance would be appreciated!

10307 St. Katherine Ln. is a 3 bed room, 1 bath ranch, with a full basement.

The hardwood floors throughout the home have been refinished. This home has been updated with: electrical box (in 1999), new roof (in 2000), windows (1999 through 2001), lighting (1999 through 2007), additional insulation in the attic (in 1999), steel exterior doors (in 1999), and six-panel interior doors (2000 through 2006).

The kitchen was remodeled with new cabinets, counter, breakfast bar, and tile flooring in 1999. The bath room was remodeled with cabinets, tile flooring, and a new tub and surround in 2003.

There is a 12' x 16' deck (built in 2001) and a 10’x10’ patio (poured in 2007) in the fenced in back yard. This home also has a one-car carport. Additionally, there is a security system with motion detectors, smoke detectors, and fire alarm.

For more information or to see this home, please contact Bill McKanry - McKanry Real Estate, [phone #].

    Here´s an approach:
    Good luck, in me.
