Default Could someone help me edit my paragraph for my Spanish 2 class?(it's short)

So, I wrote this paragraph, for extra credit, in my Spanish 2 class. I didn't use any translators....but my Spanish is very mediocre (I am working hard to better it though), hence the need for extra credit.
Could someone edit it for me? Because I have no way of checking it anymore than I already have, seeing as though, it seems mostly correct to me. But, one can never be too careful. I really don't want to try an online translator. It's the last thing I would want.
    Anyway, thank you in advance.

    Hello!

Well, as PIM said it would be nice if you could post the original paragraph... Here is what I could find without the original.

    Las obras de Rufino Tamayo

(Sr. or Sra. is not frequently used in a biography)Rufino Tamayo nació el 26 de agosto de 1899 en la ciudad de Oaxaca, Mexico. (Try to avoid the use of 'pronombres' such as 'El' when you're referring to the same person throughout the same text) Era zapoteca y su herencia lo influyó sus obras (This sounds odd, but I cannot figure out how it should be written without the original text). Estudió arte en la Escuela Nacional de Artes Plásticas. (There you have a time sequence: first, he studied and then he was influenced. I'm not sure if he was influenced due to the studies or while studying. Sin embargo, a causa de la agitación política, (if you mean that he became a traitor for many others then this is my suggestion) para muchos se transformo en un traidor y se reubicó en (changed 'a' for 'en') Nueva York. Luego, Tamayo creó una tecnica llamada (the preposition 'de' is not used when stating a name, use llamada or conocida instead) mixografía. (Now, this is not a 'nombre propio', so you ought to use a 'la') La mixografía fue impresa (remember the concordance between adjectives and nouns) en papel y tenia (there is no opposite elements as to use 'pero' and an object has a texture) una textura muy rica. (Well, this is kind of complex to explain, but... It should look something like this Pintó muchas obras pequeñas, pero también creó muchos murales famosos. Uno de sus murales más famosos era el (same with mixografia) Nacimiento de la Nacionalidad. (Try not to separate this information because every phrase has everything to do with each other) Cuando regreso a Mexico en 1959, Tamayo construyó un museo de arte en Oaxaca llamado Museo Rufino Tamayo (most time adverbs can be placed at the beginning placing at the end a coma, this makes the reading a little bit more natural).

There were some changes that I could not explain because I'm not a Spanish teacher. And some errors which I could not change because I did not have the original text. In the overall, everything that was not understandable, was fixed.

    Good job and good luck!

    Regards, from Chile!
