Exclamation Double-blind study

How would you translate double-blind study in the context of informed consent forms and clinical studies?

Es "estudio doble ciego". Significa que ni el paciente ni el médico saben cuál de los grupos toma la droga y cuál el placebo.

Beso!

I think the right term would be 'single-blind" when only the researcher knows what medicine the patient is receiving. In double-blind studies neither the researcher nor the patient knows that, and in open studies both of them know.

Have a good weekend
