Need help: 33353 end of paragraph not found - English Spanish Translator Org: Translation Forum � Translators Forums

I need some help. I just got Trados 7, I�m doing the sample exercise with word 2007.Despite that I do exactly what the exercise says I keep getting the 33353 error message.

Your problem is that you're using Word 2007... No doubt. A friend of mine had the same problem, until he uninstalled Office 2007 and installed Office 2003. Trados 7 works great with Word 2003.

Thanks for the info. You are right is Word 2007, Trados 7 is not compatible. I just found out when I tried it on another word (Word 2003)

Hello, everybody. I have just realized that I have the same problem in my laptop and my question is... which version of Trados matches Word 2007?

This error is pretty common and many times has nothing to do with Trados version. You just need to press "enter" at the end of the paragraph. I think this was already discussed in another thread.

Hello colleagues.
Actually it is possible to make Trados 7 work with office2007!

1. kill .docx file (save as .doc: save as>>>microsoft word 97-2003)
2. close and open the file again.
3. press "Open/Get" button (or key combination: Alt+Home)

If it doesn't help - try "fix document"
