Default How to see editions with Trados?

    Hello all!
I use Track Changes on simple Word docs to edit them and easily see what has been changed.
I was wondering if you knew of a similar way to easily see editions and changes on a Word document worked with Trados, or a TagEditor file.
    Thanks!

    Hi Vero,

As far as I understand TagEditor does not have a TrackChanges command.

So if you are editing something which is not in your TM it will appear as no match although the segment shows you a translated sentence.

There are no indications marks for changes in the target ... it means that the editor will have to look for the difference.

A nice workaround is to compare the 2 .ttx file with a file compare application and you will have the result

    Cheers!

I've tried editing a bilingual in Word with Track Changes. This way it would be the best to view the changes, accept some of them and then update the TM when cleaning up, but the bilingual just gets too messy to undersdtand :-(
