    Default Jeans in Mexico

How would they say "jeans" in Mexico? I mean jeans as in pants. Would it be pantalon de mezclilla? vaquero?

In Mexico we commonly say "pantalones de mezclilla". Sometimes we use "jeans" but it's merely for some kind of contexts, e.g. a magazine for mid-class teens.

Vaqueros is like Neutral Spanish, but it's necessary to have a very, very well established context.

    wow, this is so interesting!
    so, "mahones" for jeans, right?

does anyone else from another Spanish speaking country have a different term for jeans?

    I love learning this!
