Could you give us some more context and maybe we could help you? It is not a word I recognize but it might be an abbreviation for something else.

maybe it's a female name, maybe it's a part of a Spanish song...I have also heard Lola as an ab for lo lamento (I am sorry) although Lola is a female name...can you please, offer some context, just as my colleague suggested?

We really would need more context to be able to help you...did you see this in a document? a song? What was the subject matter where you saw the word? You could also do some basic internet searches with the word and see what comes up. If you are talking about hair, it might be a brand name or an abbreviation.
