Default need help!

I'm translating a Dr."s letter from Mexico and can't find the following in any dictionary:

Oste artosis

osteoarticular

cara diafracmatica (refers to a prior heart attack--infarto antiguo en cara diafracmatica)

Can anyone help? The letter is full of typos and errors but have figured them out so far, now I am stuck...Thanks...

osteoartucular es igual en inglés.

osteoartrosis (se escribe en una palabra) osteoarthrosis.

Quote:
osteoarthrosis, osteoarthritis, degenerative arthritis, hypertrophic arthritis o degenerative articular disease.
Fuente: Dorlands Medical Dictionary.

cara diafragmática (solo te puedo dar la correcta ortografía) Sé que diafragma es diaphragm, pero no sé si en este contexto es igual.

Default Thank you exxcentrica

Thank you very much for your help. 99.9% of the translating I do is for immigration purposes and my only (rarely needed) medical dictionary is a small paperback written by Glenn T. Rogers, M.D.

Thanks again--now I can return this to the attorney who is patiently waiting...I assume the client wants to prove she needs a special waiver to leave the USA to help her mother in Mexico while her (the client's) case is still pending in immigration proceedings.

Eres muy amable...
Victoria
