My attempt: 5. Mejora de la autoestima.

Los implantes dentales le pueden ayudar a recuperar su sonrisa y ayudarle a sentirse mejor consigo mismo.

It's ok for me, the translate is very clear

I'm not a translator, but as a native I'd use: "Los implantes dentales pueden ayudarle a recuperar su sonrisa y a sentirse mejor consigo mismo".
You don't need to repeat the word "ayudar"
