This reminds me of KFC. Kentucky Fried Chicken, also known as KFC, changed its name to avoid the word "fried" and thus make it sound healthier. I once heard that the actual reason for the change was that what it sold could no longer be called chicken... Of course that's nothing but idle talk.

I have cooked some soy chicken and some textured wheat, that with a few condiments, tastes just like it.

There are some Vegan recipes of Seitan that resembles the chicken meat, an acquired taste.

It's fun how big brands have to do some PR readjusting sometimes.

Well, few months ago there was a "false" rumor that spread that KFC was using mutant chicken so...
