Context would help, but maybe something like:
...or just because you made me so-o-o-o handsome?

Does that make any sense to you?

ummm it kinda does.

i was talkin to a girl online, and she asked me/commented me on how old i was i think

"ey nose cuantos anos tienes pero estas sexi?"

and i said thank you and im 18

and then she said that..sooo maybe its just

"because you are sooo handsome"

??

Maybe her reply was
te me hiciste guapisimo.
(there are some misspellings in her phrase)

That means she finds you very attractive.
