Really not sure how to translate the phrases in bold. Any help?

    Aquí tienes algunas posibles traducciones:
éste además está de capa caída -> and the latter is on the way out/has seen better days
Twitter aún no lo pillo mucho -> And I still don’t really get (the hang of) Twitter
Creo que nos pasamos de exhibicionistas -> I think we are taking showing off too far
Veo fotos de niñas de 16 años y no me entero. -> I see photos of 16-year-old girls and I am bemused
-> I’m very proud of how she has looked after us

I agree, with all besides the last sentance.

-> I’m very proud of how she has came out, ( or grown up )
    - Are you happy of the work you and your mother have done with raising your sister
    - if yes; You would be happy how she has turned out or 'grown up'
