I guess it would depend in the type of relationship. In Chile you would say 'polola' if you are going steady with her, or 'pareja' if you are living with her.

You can say "novia" too. It´s a little bit more serious, it´s like "fiancée" ! |

In Spain "I have a new girlfriend" is "tengo una nueva novia" or "tengo nueva pareja" . You can say what you like the most ![]() |
