Default Spanish Help with tenses

How do you say:
He should have been here by now.

He was supposed to be here at 9am.

If he were here, we would see his car.

All of these tenses play tricks on me when I try to translate them.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Él ya debería haber estado aquí. ---is ok, but - >> : "Él ya debía estar aquí", se supone que él estaría aquí a las 9am; Si él estuviera aquí, veríamos su coche.

He should have been here by now.
Ya debería haber llegado.

He was supposed to be here at 9am.
Se suponía que estaría aquí a las 9 am. (está implícito que ya son las 9:00 am, y que no llegó)

If he were here, we would see his car.
Si estuviera aquí, veríamos su auto.

saludos
