Default Firma Y La Profesion

Hi Everyone!

Cuando queremos traducir la profesión de la persona junto al nombre , asi como este ejemplo " John Jones, MD", pero en vez de médico es arquitecto, como sería?

DIEGO SANCHEZ, ARCHITECT

Juan,
MD is the degree confered by the medical school of allopathy
DO is another recogniszed medical degree conferred by medical schools of osteopathy.
LLD is the law degree conferred by the faculty of the school of law on graduate attorneys but they have to be admitted to the Bar in orger to exercistheir profession. Likewise MD's and DO's must take their licensing exams in their States in order to practice. B. Arch. (Bachelor of Architecture and M. Arch. (Master of Architecture) are two of the university degrees confereed on acchitectural studernts. National Architectural Accrediting Board accredits 114 schools in the United States and Canada (as of September 2006) and includes bachelor, master, and doctor of architecture degree programs. In some professions you use the initials after your name not of your degree but rather those of your professional association. I suspect that architects in the US do this. Such as AIA to indicate membership in the American Institute of Architects. If one in not yet a member, I suspect the simply the word Architect, without an abbreviation, would be OK.
