Trans-adaptators- What is it?

Does anyone know what a trans-adaptator is?
I guess it's like a hybrid type of service between translation and creative writing. Thanks for helping out!

It sounds like a name for someone who localizes with more changes than usual, almost remaking the text.

Indeed, it sounds like a lot of creative writing. But I dont think the trans-adaptator localizes the text. I think he mostly takes care of the style of the translation (while that same person translates). Let's see if someone has a proper defintion.
