    Alguien me puede ayudar a traducir esta pregunta mejor por favor?

    And thinking about the President's recent announcement that he would delay issuing an executive order
    regarding immigration reform until after the election, does his decision make you more or less likely to vote
    in the November elections for Congress and other offices?

    Mi intento:
    Y pensando en el anuncio reciente del Presidente que postergaría dar una orden presidencial sobre la reforma migratoria hasta despues de las elecciones, ¿hace que sea mas/menos probable que usted vote en Noviembre en las elecciones por el Congreso y las otras oficinas?

    Los meses del año siempre en minúsculas en español, amigos

    Mi sugerencia:

    Y si piensa en el reciente anuncio del presidente que pospondrá dar un mandato presidencial acerca de la reforma de la ley de inmigración: ¿esto hará que sea más o menos probable que usted vote en las elecciones de noviembre tanto para el parlamento como otros cargos?

    I could agree with everything except for the 1st part....

    Y si piensa en el reciente anuncio ....

    I don't think there is a conditional in the English version. In my understanding the sentence is asking the reader to consider a fact. The fact that the executive order has been delayed.

    Just my opinion.
