How would you say "He flat lined" and "a patient who had gone ´code red´" in Spanish? i know what the phrases mean, I don´t know how to present them in Spanish. Thanks!

I many Spanish speaking countries the term "paciente en clave roja" is used and it means a high level of medical emergency.

"flat lined" means that the machine in question is not recording any electrical activity. yo can say "sin registro de actividad eléctrica"

Hope this helps
