Reinstantement

Hi, I'm having troubles with a particular term of an amendment to an agreement. The title is "REINSTATEMENT AND RATIFICATION OF AN AMENDMENT". I've search the term "reinstatement" and found it could be translated in several ways: reincorporación, rehabilitación, renovación and reestablecimiento.
Can anyone give me a hand with this?

Restablecimiento y ratificación de una enmienda. Hasta donde yo sé, Las enmiendas no pueden ser reincorporadas porque una vez instituidas pueden ser derogadas o invalidadas pero no retiradas. Después pueden ser revisadas y corregidas para ser restablecidas.
