I would translate "Cash Flow Crunch" as “insuficiencia de flujo de caja”

Hi. I forgot to complete the translation (Upps sorry)
 Sum Cash Transfer = Transferencia de efectivo (o de una suma en efectivo) Earmark Funds = creación de fondos (usualmente para un propósito específico) Hope this helps !!!
