    Default transmittable VS transmissible

which one to use refer. to disease?

enfermedades transmisibles??? I have seen both but there's gotta be a best option, so, please, doctors? English natives? anyone???
Realmente, el destino del mundo depende, en primer lugar, de los estadistas y, en segundo lugar, de los intérpretes.

    Default transmittable

    Hi Sandra,
I work for surgeons and transmittable/transmit is generally used although transmissable would be acceptable.

    Hi Sandra!
I found "communicable diseases" for "enfermedades transmisibles".
The definition would be as follows:
Any disease transmitted from one person or animal to another directly or by vectors. Best wishes!

I agree Sabrina, communicable is the word I would use to translate transmisible. Suerte!
