Confirm source language

I was wondering if you could tell me which is the best way to confirm the source language when the client does not know which language is? Specially, if its an Austroasiatic language.

You can always try to look up google images and compare. However, I think the best way is as simple as aking a ressource or agency that handle such languages. This way you can clear out any doubt you may have.
