Default Argentina in the Winter Olympic Games

The 2018 Winter Olympics games have started in South Korea.

The Olympics are a wonderful example of friendship between all the countries of the world.

Argentina is sending seven athletes to the games.

The following is the list of number of competitors participating in the Argentine delegation per sport.
    Sport Men Women Total
    Alpine skiing 1 1 2
    Cross-country skiing 1 1 2
    Snowboarding 2 0 2
    Luge 0 1 1
    Total 4 3 7

Argentina has never won a medal at the Winter Olympics. Here's hoping that they end that drought by winning in Pyeongchang this time around.

GOOD LUCK TO ALL THE ATHLETES!!!!

The opening ceremonies with the use of drones, lights and fireworks at night on the snowy hills were spectacular!!

I used to watch curling with some Canadian friends who preferred watching it more than any other sport. It does have an unusual appeal. My friends had to explain why the sweepers were necessary. It seems silly but is apparently very important to the game.

Yes, I bet it's related to friction or something. It reminds me of bocce, though here that's more of a game for the elderly.

Bocce sounds like my kind of game. Being a curling sweeper is definitely not for an old dude like me. jaja
