Got any more to go on? It looks more like Serbian than Spanish. Is it in a text message, or perhaps you wrote down what you thought you heard?

Tell us why you think it's Spanish. Texting abbreviations are used in chat and can be screwy, misspelled, and mixed with English and typos, but I don't recognize this at all. For example, ista could be fsta misspelled = fiesta = party, or could be esta or está misspelled. u is you in English texting. Asparo is a surname. See? There are many possibilities and none make much sense to me.
