    Cool Khalil Gibran = Arabic/Arab writer??

    Hi people,

    I was writing a text about Khalil Gibran and i got stuck in a silly doubt: should i write Arab or Arabic?

    Any comment will be welcomed.

    I don't know that this forum is the right place, but only his early writings were in Arabic (the language). But he was Lebanese. To me, someone from Arabia is an Arab. I guess they are the same word in Spanish, árabe.

    Hi gernt, Yes, in Spanish we use the same word to indicate the language and the nacinality.
