Does any one know what Pa' means.

It is used in songs and while talking.

De acuerdo con Rogelio. Se trata de una contracción. Su uso en el lenguaje hablado es por simple costumbre (flojera, rapidez, facilidad). En ciertas canciones permite acomodar la métrica.

Yea all it is a contraction. When they talk they tend to leave out parts of the word like para el becomes pa'l o para que becomes pa'que

I agree, it's like the English "gonna" for going to, or "wanna" want to...it's quite common to do these while talking, although pa' is not used if you are writting.
