Based on nabylm's definitions it sounds like it means "to hold in low regard" or be "contemptuous of".

Depending on the subleties of the context, some one word ideas: Disdain; ignore; snub; disrespect; disregard; despise; loathe

It's a popular word, and it's very much used in contexts of violence. "Ningunear" is a verb created from the noun "ninguno". A recent pun of words that is already included in the DRAE, which is quoted here by Nabylm. I think "disdain" would show this idea. Such a complete variety of options, Vicente!

We can also raise the bet with "to ignore with disdain"

I think "undermind" would be a good option for ningunear.

    Hi all!

Undermind is the word I'm looking for!!! It's great, Agustinab! Just created like ningunear, another linguistic invention now included in the dictionary.

I also like to ignore with disdain because it makes explicit the ignoring aspect (essential).

    Thank you all!!
