I'd like to know whether you agree with my translation of spin off. Any suggestion is welcome  The new quarterly dividend rate of $0.29 per common share reflects an adjustment for the Philip Morris International Inc. spin-off... Hola Diegonel,por lo que yo sé spin off se traduce como resultado indirecto o producto derivado, lo que pasa es que el contexto es dificil de entender.
